Days out for looked after children

The summer holidays can be an expensive time for all parents – including foster parents.  With this in mind, before the start of the vacation Hythe House head office purchased a number of family passes for local attractions, including a castle, animal parks and historic sites.  These are available for free to all of our carers, enabling them to take their fostered children on enjoyable and educational visits at weekends and in school vacations.   These were particularly in demand over the summer vacation, but available for the rest of the year – so let’s hope the weather holds over the autumn!
